Black Diamond Sends Walmart Cease & Desist Letter
The letter was prompted by the offering of numerous Black Diamond products on a new website launched by Walmart’s Moosejaw subsidiary on Walmart.com, which we first reported earlier this week. Black Diamond CEO John Walbrecht said the brand has never sold to Walmart and ordered the retailer to delete the products, trademarks and advertising materials from the Moosejaw shop-in-shop on the site. Walmart complied with the letter’s demands.
