AOBC With Q4 Down Sees Results Stabilizing in 2018


American Outdoor Brands reported net income of $7,664,000, down 72% from $27,694,000 for the final quarter ended Apr. 30 as sales fell 25% to $272,026,000 from $229,186,000 going up against a quarter when it promoted heavily to lower inventories in its own DC and at the distributor level. For the year, AOBC net was $20,128,000, off 84% from $127,854,000 on sales of $606,850,000 against $903,186,000, down one third.
