Ammo, Inc. Moves Against Dissident Director
Following last week’s proxy challenge by Ammo director, largest shareholder and chief strategy officer, Steven Urvan, the company announced that it has placed Urvan and GunBroker CFO Susan Lokey on administrative leave.
