Active Brands Drive Sequential Brands Revenues in Q4


In a final quarter free from impairment charges, but including a $3.2 million expense for litigation, SQBG’s net loss narrowed to $2,192,000 from a loss of $162,888,000 on a 4% gain in licensing revenues to $48,874,000 from $46,895,000. The active division was a top performer during Holiday, driven by Gaiam, which saw growth from both hardgoods and apparel and is getting more shelf space at Kohl’s, with a men’s line testing there.
